Pepe chose Christine while she was in the South Carolina hills at an Airbnb. The kind hosts put food out for dumped kittens and Mr. Peeps was one of them! He jumped on her lap while making smores, and then waited at the cabin door the next morning. Christine was convinced to become a cat person and brought Pepe home!
